Camera repair and cleaning in Seoul

If you have a camera which needs to be cleaned or repaired, there is a good address to go in Seoul. Nearby the Namdaemun gate, there are many shops selling second hand and new cameras and all the supplies. Above one of those stores, there is a repairshop and they did a wonderful job to my camera and not working autofocus lens. After two hours my lens (objective) was repaired.

They cleaned my camera (body) and called it service!

Take the stairs, under the red sign,  and after a few steps go to the left staircase, and at the third floor you will see the "shop" at your left hand side.

Along this street there are many shops with good products. So far we are pleased with the "new" second hand camera and objective.

Directions: Namdaemun gate at your right hand side, and also the market. The "camera shop street" is at the left.
Opposite at a corner you see a KB-bank branche.

Cherry Blossom Neungpo, Geoje Island

For a beautiful road, one doesn't have to go to Jinhae. From Neungpo Sculpture Parc along the coastline to Jangseunpo habor, there are many Cherry Blossom tree's and stunning views.

It's a nice walk to Janseungpo.

Gray B at Okpo, along road 14, next to the crossing leading to the building of the GFRA. Opposite the "English Tailor".

Business Hours: 11.00 a.m. till 8 or 9.00 p.m.

They sell all kind of "expat"-products like sour cream, real butter, cheeses, nice bread and more.
You can also have lunch or dinner.

Creative Activities in Gohyeon.

In this building at the main street at Gohyeon, you can find on the first floor a lot of activities to do.
One is the making of furniture. Possible at Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 11.00 a.m. or 2.00 p.m. Cost for 8 times KRW 50,000 for the lessons. You have to pay the materials.

An other thing to do is making a doll. Price depends on the size of the doll. You can make one in 3 hours.

Or to make candles.

This is the restaurant where the first Thursday of the month, Seamax hold a coffee morning.
But you can also go there for a lunch, meal or coffee.

1. Coming from the tunnel at road 14 into Okpo, turn after Beverly Hills II, to the right. You can park here and walk a bit.
a. Or you turn to the right just before restaurant El Gitano, and at the end of the little street to the left. Big Bear is at the left side.



b. Or you take the road opposite Paris Baguette to the right, and turn right again. At this crossing.

To the right coming from road 14 and left coming from 58, opposite Paris Baguette

The road from road 14 towards road 58 (Starbucks road), is also called "restaurant road".
2. Coming from road 58, you turn left after the S-Oil and before GS market, drive uphill and go left at the crossing with Paris Baguette. Or turn left after El Gitano.
3. Coming from road 58, turn right after GS market at your right side, before the S-Oil. See above for the rest.
